• What is the pendant made of?

  the divine pendant is 925 sterling silver with a zirconia ! i would like to keep the colours of the zirconias limited to the artms members colours, as it was inspired by them. u can choose from: pink, green, red, blue and purple.

• Does the pendant come with a chain?

  no, it does not.

• How long will it take to ship my order?

  i make all of my pendants to order, so they're not ready to ship when u purchase them ! it shouldn't take me more than 5 business days to ship ur pendant, but i am a one person small business with a full time job, and other orders to take care of while i make the pendants, so please be patient with me ! u can dm me for updates on twt @wifeseul, or insta @wifeseulie / @hrtshdvv.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  once shipped ur order will take anywhere between 7-21 business days, depending on where ur ordering from! poland shouldn't take longer than 7 days, europe 14 days, and everywhere else 21 days ! in some cases ur order might arrive earlier or a couple days later, so please be patient ! thank u !

• Do you accept returns?

  no, but i do accept exchanges ! u can dm me on insta @hrtshdvv for any additional info before u buy the pendant.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  i'm not even located in the us, so yes ! i ship to every country except russia and israel !
